Coin Dealer Insight: The Utah state quarter has a few major errors including one where the coin has been deformed slightly into an oval. Also present are double dies, and partial die breaks/cracks. Joseph F. Menna engraved the reverse. A railroad spike and train can be seen. The words Crossroads of the West are present as well.
