Coin Dealer Insight: 1992 saw a major drop in production for both the Philadelphia Mint and Denver Mint as well. With combined production of just over 770 million quarters, it would be easy to assume there would be some increase in value. Not true. 1992 Washington quarters still only hold "common" value, with values for those in MS-63 or higher holding value with clad quarters from other years.
